Stephen Graver is a family owned business, headed by Stephen and Amanda Graver and supported by a dedicated and skilled team, many of whom have been with them from the start.
It’s the dynamic of this team, with the skills and experience based on-site at our Wiltshire workshop and studio, that allows us to create and design truly bespoke projects which are as individual as our clients.
The combination of our visionary designers, expert craftsmen, endless attention to detail and seamless delivery, which is the lifeblood of our business, is what helps us to achieve our exemplary quality and service levels which we have now become renowned for.
Stephen Graver
Managing Director
Stephen is the founder and Managing Director of the business and still a very central figure involved in all client projects. Stephen is first and foremost a carpenter which shows in his ability to understand how to bring out the beauty and versatility of wood in client projects and furniture making.
When work isn’t keeping him busy, Stephen and Amanda, our Finance Director and Mrs Graver, love to travel and have a passion for motorbikes which have taken them around most of Europe on two wheels.

Amanda Graver
Finance Director
Amanda is the Finance Director responsible for managing the finances on all client projects and supplier relationships. Keeping the finances running smoothly is an important part of our seamless project management process, which allows the creative team the freedom to concentrate on what they do best.
When Amanda has any spare time, she is passionate about wildlife conservation and enjoys working as a volunteer on a game reserve in South Africa.

Karl Gibbons
Workshop Manager
Karl is an experienced cabinet maker who shares Stephen's vision of creating perfect hand-built furniture and oversees our skilled team of workshop craftsmen.
As head of the workshop, he ensures the highest standards are applied to every piece of furniture that leaves the premises to maintain our client satisfaction procedures. Nothing leaves the workshop without everyone being completely satisfied. When he’s not at work, Karl is another motorbike enthusiast and is looking for his latest two-wheel dream.

John Reeves
Site Foreman
John has worked with the company for over 15 years and is an experienced builder. He now heads our building team who work in conjunction with our workshop to provide a seamless service from planning to installation.
John ensures all site work is completed efficiently and professionally, and works closely with Karl and Nick to maintain our service standards and provide joined-up continuity for our clients.
